The Intersting Narrative of the Life of Olauda Equiano

This story is about Olauda Equianos terrible slavery journey. He was forced from his will onto a boat, to be sold into salvery but he does not know. The boat was very cluttered and disorderly. All these men that we forced onto this boat were not fed, or taken care of. It was sad when all these starving men got denied food. When, the men caught many fish and instead of feeding these people they through them back overboard. The white men made an example of one black man, by beating him. That black man tried to free himself and jump overboard, but the white men caught him. When finally reaching land, no one knows what to think. They were all confused and some thought they were going to be eaten. What really was going on was they were to be sold into slavery, and had to work for all these men waiting to buy them. This is a very sad, messed up story because i would have never wanted this to happen to me, or anyone. This story reminds me of Kunta Kinte in the movie Roots. Kunta, like Oluada was taken and placed onto a ship. The living conditions were very hard, and then he was also sold into slavery. I would like to know more about what happened to Olauda after he was sold, and what his life was like after. I wonder if he ended up dying soon, or if his owners were kind of nice to him.
